I do not have access to my license plate number, can I still make a booking?
Yes, put “Rental” as your license plate number. Just modify your booking to the correct license plate number once you have it.
You can modify your ParkJockey bookings by logging on to your account at www.parkjockey.com or via the ParkJockey app. If you have not logged in before, then you will need to select “forgot password”. Then check your email and login with your temporary password.

Nope, only the letters / numbers of the vehicle plate number are required.
