What do I need for proof of parking when I arrive at the location?
All ParkJockey locations require to check your booking confirmation upon your arrival. You can show a printed version or through your smart phone (email or mobile application).
Where is my booking confirmation?
A booking confirmation for every booking made, modified, and/or cancelled is sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not see your booking confirmation, please check your spam and other inbox filters before contacting customer support.
What if I can’t print my booking confirmation?
Most of ParkJockey’s locations allow mobile confirmation. If it does, you can simply show the booking confirmation on your phone.
If your location (cruise locations in Miami and New York) does not accept mobile passes, you'll need to find an alternate way to print out your pass. If worse comes to worse, you always can email the pass to a friend or head to a print store.
