Loyalty points don't appear immediately on the account .It can take up to five days.
Advise customers that complain they can't see their points to check again later.If withing 10 days they can't see their points we can escalate.
US :You will be given the option to use your loyalty points on the Web checkout page.You must be logged in to your account This will not show up on the APP or Mobile Web. The ratio is $1 off for every 100 points.Loyalty points cannot be redeemed when purchasing a season or cruise parking pass.
UK:You will be given the option to use your loyalty points on the Web checkout page.You must be logged in to your account.When you will have 500 points submit a request in order to apply £5 credit into your account.

How to redeem the points:
Go to customer's account on admin. Then click on "Add Credit" on a right hand side and insert the amount of point you want to redeem (negative amount always), then click "Save" and check if the credit has been applied on customers account.
