Do you provide complimentary shuttles from the parking lot to the port?
Most of the locations provide a shuttle service as part of the package provided, however, this is not owned or operated by Park Jockey.
In Miami, most of our affiliated locations provide complimentary shuttle up to a certain number of passengers (sometimes unlimited).
No New York locations provide a shuttle service.
In New York, there is no complimentary shuttle to and from the port. The only location that provides transportation to the post is the Manhattan Javitz Center, they charge an additional $10 per day for drop off services. They do not pick you up from the port.
All other New York locations do not provide shuttle service. They provide valet at the garage but not to the port.
You can find detailed information on the pre- booking page.
